Watson Land Company Headquarters

LPA designed the flagship office building for Watson Land Company to reflect the company’s ethos of history, integrity and sustainable development.

The two-story, 24,000-square-foot building has workstations, private offices, and a large community conference room with audio-visual capabilities that supports team collaboration. The two-story lobby provides a translucent view into the community room, with historical photos and documents for transparency into the office. To increase communication and provide flexibility between floors, a centrally located convenience stair was included.

Sustainable strategies in the LEED Platinum certified building include photovoltaic panels, low flow plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient HVAC equipment, energy-efficient lighting design and an air filtration system for improved indoor air quality.
