David Lee Beller Joins Dallas Studio as Managing Director

New leadership hire with extensive commercial experience reflects growing demand for LPA’s integrated design services across North Texas

LPA has hired David Lee Beller as Managing Director of the Dallas studio. With 30 years in commercial architecture, David brings a track record of delivering large-scale speculative office, build-to-suit, hospitality and retail projects, focusing on client needs from initial design through construction.

“I’m thrilled to join this dynamic Dallas team,” Beller says. “LPA’s integrated approach creates a unique environment for delivering thoughtful, enduring design solutions. I look forward to working to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Beller’s experience managing complex projects includes the design of a 1.5 million square-foot multi-building hub for JPMorgan Chase in Plano, Texas, and the Fox Tower at Foxwoods Resort. Known for his hands-on, detail-oriented approach, he works closely with integrated project teams and contractors to ensure alignment with client goals at every stage.

“David’s experience and leadership are invaluable additions to our Dallas team,” said Craig Drone, Studio Director in Dallas. “His collaborative approach and deep expertise will enhance our ability to meet client expectations and deliver impactful results.”

Joining a Dallas team that has seen significant growth in recent years, Beller’s arrival follows the hire last year of Design Director D. Alex John, the growth of LPA’s lab planning practice led by Isabel Mandujano, and an expanding regional portfolio of workplace projects by Teresa Rodriguez. This team’s success reflects LPA’s blend of national expertise and regional insight as they help DFW businesses navigate economic changes and support the surging biotech industry.

Beller is a LEED Accredited Professional, a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects and, in his spare time, a painter working in acrylics and oils.
