Focused Interventions Revive an Aging Silicon Vally Office Park
A refresh of a 635,000-square-foot office campus re-established it as an epicenter of innovation in the Silicon Valley. Targeted landscape, graphic, lighting and design elements created a new presence along Great America Parkway, while creating new collaborative and social zones to support a hybrid workforce.
The enhanced edge includes glazed entry canopies, super-graphics, landscape elements and feature lighting that frame views to the collaboration park. An integrated design team crafted human-centric outdoor zones within the park as an extension of the tenant’s indoor office experience. Welcoming, functional and inspirational spaces seamlessly merge nature, technology, and culture.
Focused interventions allowed the designers to meet financial goals by maximizing existing campus resources. The result transformed under-utilized turf and asphalt into a high-demand exterior amenity with instinctive workspaces, activity zones and a communal destination.
