The creative industrial-commercial campus sits at the crest of sage scrub canyons. With two entry plazas at opposite corners and a sizable central amenity, the building's massive scale meets pedestrian scale at the building's frontage. The main amenity hangs over a detention basin, utilizing the surrounding vegetation as a backdrop for the facilities. A shaded deck with a barbecue counter surrounded by lounge and dining seating arrangements, a fire table courtyard, and a play plaza with a bocce court and play tables are among the amenities. The detention basin's edge is provided by a wood and concrete seat wall, which also offers numerous places to sit along the walk. A dark color pixelated paver pattern fades to light color as it approaches the amenity areas.

Yellow became the feature color for the site elements. The two building entries' entry sequences are denoted by yellow signs incorporated in seat walls. A sizable center canopy is made of hardwood stalls and yellow metal fabric. The parking lot and the building's amenities are connected by two yellow bridges that traverse the bio retention area. The campus facilities offer a warm and lively environment that is uncommon in industrial developments.
