Terrell Hills Municipal Facility

Terrell Hills, Texas

In the 1930s, the city of Terrell Hills incorporated and purchased a fire station building that was just within their newly formed city limits from the city of San Antonio that bordered them. This 5,000-square-foot, renovated classic Terrell Hills Municipal Facility maintains its 1920s-era, Spanish-style, two-story station and an 11,000-square-foot addition became their fire, police, city hall and sanitation departments. The buildings served as a civic landmark for this bedroom community for decades.
