Timeless design attracts tech industry tenants

This corporate complex on a 40-acre site in Santa Clara, California features four five-story and two six-story buildings designed to attract top tech companies in Silicon Valley. The client asked for a timeless design emphasizing quality details inside and out the project, which includes 900,000 square feet of office space.

Spacious lobbies announce the new aesthetic, which enlivens all the office floors. Harmonious architecture and landscape design links the glass-walled buildings to plazas with plantings and other furnished outdoor work and dining areas. Covered walkways and tables shaded by umbrellas provide relief from the sun and rain.

Floor-to-ceiling glass brings in daylight and visually connects with the outdoors, where flexible work areas extend the office environment and rejuvenate tenants. The design, which encourages collaboration, communication and reflection, resulted in LEED Gold certification.
