Los Angeles Chargers Training Facility

The two-story, 94,000-square-foot training facility for the Los Angeles Chargers’ players and staff has been deemed a ‘temporary’ solution which meant it had to be highly functional and very cost effective.

The first floor includes all the training and meeting areas for the team while the second floor houses the organization’s departments, including executive operations. The design concept was to create a space with different zones for players to not only physically train, but also to replenish, reflect and heal. From a weight training area to a yoga room, the facility incorporates the needs for professional athletes to physically and mentally prepare.

Additionally, the facility houses a dining area, player lounge and an on-site laundry room. Graphics and branding are prominently displayed in the lobby and throughout the facility as an important element to express the Chargers’ new branding and direction.
