Chaffey College Fontana Campus Criteria Documents

The proposed Chaffey College Fontana Campus is intended to be a new home for the Students, Faculty and Staff that is sustainable, culturally inclusive, and welcoming. Envisioned as a “home away from home” this new Campus will provide access to student services, amenities, outdoor spaces, along with a range of academic offerings. In addition, the new Fontana Campus will become a destination for both Chaffey Students and the community at large. Four new buildings, in addition to site development comprise this first phase of the Fontana Campus project. Phase 1 buildings include a new Welcome Center and Library, Instructional Building (including lab spaces), and Automotive Technology Lab Building and an Operations and Maintenance Facility.

LPA’s Criteria Document services include Program Document/ Requirements, Building Considerations, Site Considerations, Conceptual Renderings, Maintenance & Operations Requirements, Owner Project Requirements, Commissioning Plan, Preliminary Hydrology Study, Preliminary WQMP, Preliminary Grading, Preliminary Storm Drain, Preliminary Utility Plan, Preliminary Demolition Plan, District Provided Survey, Plant Palette, Cost Estimate, Meeting Minutes and Presentations, and all Board Resolutions.
