This budget-conscious renovation project is a key component of the front of the campus. The main design concept for this project is the enhancement of its presence in the Campus by creating a new entry to the complex while responding to the existing context. Sustainable strategies for daylighting and building systems in conjunction with the development of Makerspaces and new 21st century learning environments dictate the interior design for the renovation. The project achieved LEED Gold.
