Park Place Café

LPA’s design team created a new pedestrian circulation system that leads to the 24,100-square-foot Market Café, which features a menu created by Patina Restaurant Group’s renowned chef, Joachim Splinchal. LPA took advantage of the existing unique subterranean location of the café to extend the user experience to both the enhanced Fountain Court and new Breezeway Portal.

This unique amenity has transformed the experience of the occupants and created an amazing ‘destination’ for social interaction. The 400+seat Market Café supports the emerging culture of corporations to promote healthy and innovative work environments where people can socialize and “work anywhere” by providing flexible furniture, audio visual/plug ‘n play capabilities and a variety of settings for individuals and groups to ‘get out of the office,’ create and innovate.
