LPA was commissioned to provide a new retail development in the Mira Mesa area of San Diego County. The project consists of two, free standing, one-story buildings totaling 7,000 square feet. The intention of the project is to provide a great amenity to the existing adjacent corporate office building. The design is a response to the modern aesthetics of other buildings in close proximity to the site.
