Mission Towers

Santa Clara, California

The Mission Towers repositioning project encompasses two 12-story buildings that host approximately 600,000 square feet of office space located on a 10-acre site. The goal of the ownership was to provide existing and future tenants exterior and interior amenities that were in alignment with the improvements within the regional marketplace.

The design focused on reactivating the common courtyard that connects the towers with a wide variety of areas that include dining, formal/breakout meetings as well as casual social spaces. The planting palette is comprised of layered, textural, flowering plants that will reinforce the outdoor environment. Additional exterior spaces were highlighted by bocce ball and fitness zones. Interior design enhancements included reworking underutilized lobbies to become tenant-wide connection points and meeting spaces. Other interior details include a new dining commons, bistro/grab-n-go and multi-tenant elevator lobbies and common corridors.
