The LEED-CI Gold certified office is located in the Landmark Center building in the West End Historic District, where LPA repurposed 7,000 square feet into a creative workspace for the team of architects, interior designers, landscape architects and engineers. The design features 14-foot-tall ceilings that promote natural daylighting throughout the space with views to the exterior for all occupants. The layout creates a studio/loft environment, where exposed structure, electrical cable trays and HVAC ducts become part of the space’s aesthetic.
