Savills Newport Beach

LPA was engaged by Savills to design their new 18,000-square-foot corporate office. Inspired by the views of the surrounding coast, and Savills' highly-curated artwork collection, LPA envisioned a simple space where clean and crisp forms and strategic lighting brought its workplace concept to life.

Private offices with full-height glass fronts and sliding doors highlighted by stark black frames in contrast with bright white walls allowed for unobstructed views of the outdoors and natural daylight. The reception and great room spaces are accented with warm dark wood slats and natural marble floors. Providing a place to welcome clients and guests in a more relaxed setting, the great room invites visitors to partake in beverages or a game of ping pong or shuffleboard. With a variety of work environments, Savills' new office space provides a blank canvas, exemplifying their commitment to client advocacy and exceptional service.
