This is a 60 Unit market rate housing development which is located on a small infill site with views to downtown San Diego, the bay and mountains to the south. The design organized the units around a central internal courtyard space to serve as an amenity for all the residents. The project is a type IIIB construction over a type IA construction-podium which provides 23 parking spaces and support spaces for the development.
Project utilizes the Complete Communities affordable housing program in San Diego which allows for unlimited density. The original site base zone only allows for 6 units prior to this program. The development also contributes to the neighborhood enhancement allocation for the City of San Diego.
