On one of the last undeveloped sites in Aliso Viejo, California, this two-story, 20,000-square-foot medical office building houses physician’s offices that were designed by LPA. Given the site constraints, the building has been lifted off the site to provide additional covered parking. Using concrete frame construction for cost efficiency and durability with wood accents, the design creates a rich architectural expression of this state-of-the-art medical facility.
