LPA San Diego

The San Diego office is located in Barrio Logan, a few blocks from East Village, in a building constructed as a shoe factory in 1935. With San Diego entering a new era of construction, the San Diego team has been growing and the office includes more than 50 workstations, as well as hoteling stations for temporary workers and an array of conference rooms for different activities.

The open design reflects LPA’s spirit of collaboration and energy efficiency. The 9,500-square-foot space is LEED-CI Gold certified and exceeds California’s Title 24 standards and benchmarks for the 2030 Challenge for interior spaces. Sustainable design features include high-performance, suspended LED ambient lighting; flexible modular furniture with 70 percent recycled material; and an efficient water system that reduces water consumption by 35 percent.
