An Immersive Client Experience
Celestica’s Customer Experience Center creates a collaborative environment that inspires imagination, development and innovation. The technology company uses the space to introduce their services to clients with an immersive, multi-sensory experience. The entire center is customizable and easily adapted to the client, designed to encourage dialogue and gather feedback in real time. LPA created Celestica's first CEC in Northern California in 2015 and was a natural partner to design the new center when the firm relocated. The center includes a conference room, pre-function space and a coffee bar to help support the customer interaction from beginning to end.
