Teresa Rodriguez is a seasoned interior designer with a passion for sustainable design. She has worked on many architectural projects that influenced the Dallas city skyline, with national recognition from the AIA and IIDA Arts + Artifacts competition. As Managing Director of Interiors, Teresa leads workplace design at LPA’s Dallas office. She grows LPA’s practice in the region with a passionate team dedicated to making their city better every day.
Her extensive experience and knowledge of many project types is a perfect complement to LPA’s integrated approach. With more than 20 years of experience, Teresa has programmed and designed corporate office interiors for Fortune 500 companies, higher education facilities for Texas A&M, as well as healthcare giants like MD Anderson Cancer Center. Not many talented artists excel in math, but Teresa is an exception. As a technical and detail-oriented leader, she specializes in project execution and client relations. She oversees, organizes and controls the activities of the project team to best accomplish the space programming efforts.
After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Teresa began her career as an interior designer. She obtained a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of the AIA, IIDA, USGBC and NCARB, and is a LEED-accredited designer.
