As part of its commitment to transparency and social justice, LPA is sharing its latest annual report in the International Living Future’s JUST Program.
Companies participating in the initiative promote social equity and enhance engagement in the workplace by disclosing the firm’s corporate practices to the ILFI. Described by the ILFI as “nutrition label for business,” the JUST label displays an analysis of the firm’s performance in six key categories, providing a window to efforts to create a more equitable and diverse workplace. In addition to detailing the company’s operations, the program reflects how the company treats employees and where it makes financial and community investments.
LPA Shares Latest JUST Label Results
“Continuing our participation in the JUST program allows us to measure and track, in a public and transparent way, how well we are living up to our ideals of social justice and social equity,” says LPA CEO and Chief Talent Officer Wendy Rogers. “At the same time, it shows our clients and employees who we are and what we believe in.”
The JUST label is not a certification program. It is a voluntary way for companies to promote their values and evaluate their own performance. At the same time, JUST participation encourages more companies to share their practices and take actions to improve equity in the workplace.
The JUST label allows employees to understand how we are holding up our values, and working to making this an equitable, inclusive workplace.
LPA’s latest report showed movement in a few areas, including gender pay equity. After a 2022 pay analysis, adjustments were made to bring all roles under a 5% variance between genders.
The key is transparency, Rogers says. “The JUST label allows employees to understand how we are holding up our values, and working to making this an equitable, inclusive workplace,” she says. “I also love that the JUST label shows where there is room for improvement.”
