As Managing Director of LPA’s Dallas studio, David’s detail-oriented, hands-on approach ensures that every decision is made with precision, from early design through construction. His expertise in construction documentation and in-depth knowledge of project details allows him to anticipate challenges and deliver creative projects that meet clients’ goals.

David’s ability to handle complicated challenges is reflected in a portfolio of multifaceted, high-profile projects. In Dallas, he managed the design of a multi-phase office hub for a national financial institution, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders while delivering a campus that enhances employee engagement and operational efficiency. He led the documentation of the Fox Tower at Foxwoods Resort, where his knowledge of exterior envelope systems helped develop an innovative design for the 30-story guestroom structure. These projects highlight his ability to solve unique problems while delivering value to clients through thoughtful, well-coordinated design.

David is passionate about streamlining project delivery through technology and views the design and construction process as an integrated ecosystem. As a project leader, David excels at managing project schedules, budgets and regulatory requirements. His ability to coordinate architects, engineers, landscape architects and consultants ensures that every team member is aligned, keeping projects on track and within scope. David’s practical, problem-solving approach makes him a valuable partner, particularly when reconciling competing interests or dealing with technical hurdles. Outside of work, David enjoys cinema, live music and theater and is an artist, working primarily with acrylic and oil paints. He is an LEED Accredited Professional, and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects.
