LPA San Jose

A converted bank space located on the ground floor of a 15-story building in the heart of San Jose’s booming technology corridor showcases LPA’s integrated design process and commitment to sustainable practices.

The office is LEED-CI Gold certified and exceeds both Title-24 and the 2030 Challenge energy requirements. Taking advantage of the floor-to-floor volume, the space is organized into two zones — a work zone that is defined by a perforated ceiling system that integrates lighting and HVAC systems; and a collaboration zone with moveable furniture. The ceiling holds two glass panels that display images of the company’s work inside the space and outside along Market Street. Sustainable features are fully exposed and on display in the space and outside via the storefront for visitors and users alike.
