Working within the constraints of a standard commercial office building, LPA’s integrated team developed a holistic strategy to support the lab’s specialized requirements. The design introduced upgraded HVAC systems, enhanced electrical capacity, and controlled lighting to accommodate sensitive equipment and workflows. The lab’s layout was choreographed to support circulation, safety, and adaptability. Modular workstations and glass-enclosed collaboration zones balance heads-down focus with team interaction. Acoustic treatments and exposed systems reflect Trace3’s tech-forward ethos, while branded graphics and digital displays reinforce the company’s culture of innovation.
