Brandon de ArakalAIA, LEED AP BD+C

Brandon de Arakal has more than 30 years of experience in managing the design, documentation, and construction of a wide range of LPA projects. His duties include construction administration from ground breaking through project close-out and client occupancy. He is also responsible for production and coordination of contract documents, while maintaining strict adherence to cost budgets and schedules.

Brandon excels in management, monitoring of production, and quality control of CAD-generated design development and construction documents. Additionally, he has significant experience in construction phase services for public building types, including both new construction and complex renovation and expansion projects.

LPA can always count on Brandon to lend his technical skills to the firm’s projects. Brandon knows the ins and outs of LPA’s integrated design process and enjoys collaborating with school districts and end users alike. Brandon takes a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to the design and construction processes for projects.
