With more than 35 years of experience, Damon Dusterhoft has managed 10 LEED certified projects spanning from certification level to platinum. Damon is passionate about leading teams that collaborate through all phases of development to achieve finely detailed structures. He is adept at translating ideas in the built arena from concept to concrete that are beautiful and efficient.

Damon believes design should reflect the nature of the client’s needs and how they may be influenced by neighboring opportunities. Leveraging those opportunities into an integrated design that uses less energy is the underlying expertise that impacts each project from conception to the finished structure.
