Practicing architecture for more than 30 years, Larry Chiu’s experience includes master planning, programming, cost estimating and site and building design from construction to occupancy. His work in retail, civic, education, entertainment and military ranges from tenant improvements to ground up construction.

Larry believes a clearly defined scope of work, realistic schedules and budgetary control are critical to achieve a successful project outcome. As a project manager, he provides leadership oversight and project staffing with the criteria for success in mind.

Always the client advocate, Larry is passionate about being part of the project process at every level. He enjoys working with the team to ensure complete understanding and design intent are achieved. Ultimately, his goal is to pursue the best design a project budget can afford and deliver a harmonious solution that is both beautiful and functional.
