Welcome to Park Place, a multi-use corporate plaza in Irvine, Calif. The scope of the Park Place project encompasses an update of the Master Plan and landscape renovation of the entire 100-acre site. The design team was given the task of reimaging the existing 1.5 million-square-foot, four-story and nine-story office buildings. The project was designed as a corporate headquarters in the 1970s. LPA provided new landscaping, entries, signage and atrium interiors to reposition the project for better tenant flexibility and identity. LPA also did an extensive renovation and reimaging of the 150,000-square-foot Retail Center at Park Place.
