Terri LeeCID, LEED AP BD+C

As the Director of Workplace, Terri is responsible for developing LPA's Workplace Practice throughout California and Texas. She oversees projects throughout all phases, working directly with clients to develop a workplace strategy and strategic plan that finds the balance between the practical and poetic.

On every project, Terri brings more than 20 years of leadership in workplace design, across a wide range of project types, including corporate headquarters facilities, research and development labs, and manufacturing facilities. She is recognized as a savvy project director who balances stakeholder interests to deliver projects on time and on budget. Under her leadership, teams maintain a focus on energy efficiency, sustainability and healthy environments, while embracing the clients’ core goals and values.

In her role, Terri has helped create impactful, transformative workplace environments for a long list of companies with diverse staffs and goals, including Mazda, Panasonic, Merchsource and Vans. Each design was specific to the company, reflecting an informed design approach and Terri’s focus on bringing the clients’ vision to life. In the process, she has developed long relationships within the industry, including many clients she now considers friends.
