As LPA’s main point of contact with the client, she manages every phase from programming and initial concepts to final construction, ensuring projects align with client goals, timelines and budgets while enhancing productivity, collaboration and employee well-being.

Zweig’s project experience includes such national and international clients as Mazda, LBA Realty, Panasonic Avionics, Toyota and Berkadia. The award-winning design for retail giant MerchSource seamlessly blends workplace functions into a showcase for the company’s innovative brands. For RiverRock Real Estate Group, completed during the pandemic, she helped create wellness-focused elements to support employee engagement and return-to-office efforts.

Zweig’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration, strategic thinking and a deep commitment to client success. She is known for her clear communication and ability to integrate diverse perspectives across disciplines, ensuring that every project meets both creative and technical requirements.

Beyond her design work, Zweig is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in the design industry. As culture co-chair of LPA for Change, she plays a key role in fostering a culture of belonging and representation within the firm. She has also been instrumental in launching LPA’s Diversity in Design Scholarship and mentoring the next generation of professionals, particularly through her involvement in IIDA, NOMA, and outreach to historically black colleges and universities.
