Joe Dunn has been involved in the project management of healthcare facilities for more than 25 years. Joe has a focus on creating healthcare facilities that improve patient care and provide efficient operational processes. He believes healthcare facilities should reflect a healing environment that reduce patient anxiety and stress, accelerate recovery, shorten hospitalization and promote wellness as part of the patient experience.
Joe works closely with clients, public agencies, consultants, users, owners and contractors to ensure the design intent is fully executed from concept to completion. With experience in both ground up and renovation projects, Joe recognizes the need for a healthcare facility to respond to current and future needs of healthcare providers.
Joe’s responsibilities include programming, space planning, code analysis, managing construction documents and construction administration services.
