Trinity University Witt Center Renovation

A once great architectural gem that represents the heart of Trinity’s student life has new life breathed into it.

Situated at the crossroads of student life, academic and recreation areas of Trinity University lies a two story, 7,000 square foot building that had fallen into a fallow, empty state. LPA worked with the Residential Life Department to transform the heavily trafficked upper floor into a “living room” in lieu of a “pass through”. Careful casework design, lighting selections and furniture design create diverse landing spots for this small student body. The lower level was enlivened as a hub of RA life and a staff headquarters, with a new conference room, break area and RA work area where before there was a dated basement.
