The renovation included upgrades to the existing Sterile Non HD (Buffer) Room and anteroom, the addition of a Sterile Hazardous Drug (HD) hood buffer room and anteroom, accessible staff toilet rooms upgrades, Plumbing and Electrical systems upgrades for compliance with USP 797, Mechanical upgrades, and the addition of an external dedicated venting for the HD hood. The renovation was phased to enable uninterrupted Non-HD processing during construction.
