Morongo Tribe New Health Clinic
Banning, CA
The Morongo Tribe New Health Clinic is designed to enhance the healthcare services available to the Morongo Band of Mission Indians and surrounding communities. Situated on a ten-acre greenfield site owned by the tribe, the project involves the development of approximately 8.1 acres to construct a single-story medical office building.
This 47,900 square-foot facility will house a comprehensive range of medical services including a primary care clinic with ten exam rooms, dental care, a wellness and fitness center, behavioral health services, a pharmacy, a laboratory, imaging services, and eye care. Additionally, the clinic will feature areas dedicated to patient registration, administration, and support functions. Complementing the main clinic, an 8,680 square-foot pre-engineered building will be constructed to accommodate maintenance, environmental health, and materials management.
