Young MinAIA, LEED AP BD+C

With more than 30 years of professional experience in the field, Young Min plays a key role in the shaping and the direction of higher education design projects. Young is a strong advocate for LPA’s integrated design model, creating a culture of collaboration and cohesion to the project process across multiple disciplines. He has expanded his experience over the years at LPA from design to project management, with the ability to carry the design concept all the way through construction documents.

Young has worked on key educational buildings such as libraries, humanities buildings, science buildings, multidisciplinary buildings, student unions and athletic facilities. Young is responsible for contracts, fees, and establishing the project team. Young’s previous experience has given him a keen ability to lead the integrated design process to ensure that the project design and documents are ready for agency approvals. His level of detail will deliver a state-of-the-art project on time and on budget.

Young protects the client's tax dollars by leading a team in designing a building that will guide the entire project team to a successful outcome.
