Young MinAIA, LEED AP BD+C

With more than 35 years of professional experience in the field, Young Min plays a key role in the shaping and the direction of education and healthcare projects. Young is a strong advocate for LPA’s integrated design model, creating a culture of collaboration and cohesion to the project process across multiple disciplines. He has expanded his experience over the years at LPA from design to project management to quality control, with the ability to carry the design concept all the way through construction documents while managing the quality process at every step.

Young has worked on a wide variety of important buildings, including libraries; humanities, science and multidisciplinary buildings; student unions; healthcare facilities; office complexes; and athletic facilities. Young is responsible for contracts, fees, establishing the project team and delivering quality set of documents. Young’s previous experience has given him a keen ability to lead the integrated design process to ensure that the project design and quality documents are ready for agency approvals and construction. His level of detail helps deliver a state-of-the-art project on time and on budget.
