Rodrigo’s work reflects his dedication to engaging stakeholders to build consensus and deliver projects that serve communities and support transformative outcomes. For CSU Monterey Bay, he led the design of a student dormitory conversion that revitalized the campus experience. His leadership on Skyline College’s seismic retrofit highlighted his ability to navigate technical challenges while maintaining efficiency. The Haven for Hope Transformation Campus, a project close to Rodrigo’s heart, has provided critical support for unhoused individuals and families.

Rodrigo leads with a mix of empathy, humor and clarity, creating an environment where collaboration thrives.
