Jon MillsAIA, LEED AP BD+C

With more than 30 years of experience, Jon Mills has a career focus and passion for educational projects. In his current role as Chief Operational Officer, he is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations of the firm.

Jon has directed many of LPA’s significant projects and has been involved in more than 150 educational projects across California. These opportunities have leveraged a broad spectrum of specialized experience in the design of corporate, developer, retail, religious, civic and educational facilities. His projects have been honored with numerous awards from both the architectural and educational communities. He enjoys the collaborative design process of building consensus among the stakeholders including district members, educators, students, parents, governmental agencies and the broader community.
