With more than 20 years in architectural design, Denise Mendelssohn has extensive experience working on corporate, developer and civic projects, ranging from tenant improvements to high-rise, ground-up construction. Denise has managed design teams through public bid projects for major California cities, along with numerous private corporate and developer projects.
As a project manager, Denise plans, organizes and controls the activities of the team to best accomplish the successful completion of the project. She is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the project work plan. She understands the importance of well-coordinated construction documents and the role they play in controlling costs. Among her many skills, Denise excels at leading planning sessions to build multidisciplinary team consensus, identify deliverables and establish activity milestones.
Denise is passionate about active and passive health and wellness design strategies that enhance the user’s experience.
