His field experience overseeing construction on top-tier data centers shaped his approach to continuity, constructibility, and long-term resilience in electrical systems.

Aldo’s approach to engineering emphasizes communication and pragmatic problem-solving. His expertise in emergency power systems, including uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), generators, micro-grids and emerging battery energy storage systems, makes him an asset to projects requiring reliable, future-ready solutions. Since joining LPA in 2018, Aldo has worked on several transformative projects, including LAUSD’s Roosevelt High School’s campus modernization, CSUSB’s Palm Desert Campus Student Union, and the El Camino College Arts Building. His contributions to educational and civic projects consistently reflect a commitment to energy efficiency, seamless integration, and functional design. For 10 years with a prior firm, Aldo played a critical role in high-profile data center developments, further broadening his expertise in complex system design.

A licensed professional engineer in California, Aldo holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from San Francisco State University and a Project Management Certificate from San Diego State University. He is a native of Honduras with Italian heritage, fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. A dedicated traveler and sports enthusiast, he enjoys exploring historical sites, running and playing volleyball in his free time.
