The scope included a broad mix of spaces, including administrative and private offices, open workstations, collaborative zones, break areas, and enhanced shipping and receiving along with significant laboratory upgrades.

Working closely with XP Power staff, LPA’s integrated team reframed the challenge as an opportunity to create a smarter, more branded workplace. The design bridges the unique demands of lab and office environments, creating transitions that feel seamless and connected. Careful attention to adjacencies and space planning ensures productivity, safety, and collaboration across departments. The design connects environments that are often siloed, supporting innovation across the organization. Lighting strategies balance efficiency with comfort to enhance the employee experience.
