MemorialCare Douglas Park Imaging Center

Recently, MemorialCare brought LPA on board to do feasibility studies to help them validate remodels of the original MOB conversion that was completed by LPA in 2016. By doing these types of studies, more realistic budgets can be developed for the remodeling of individual suites at their Douglas Park Imaging Center.

When the cost was approved by MemoricalCare’s senior leadership, LPA expedited the construction documents by working with the consulting engineers that were on the original MOB conversion project. From there, MemorialCare retained the prime trade contractors directly to complete the 3rd Floor remodel via an Owner/Builder project delivery method. The above all served to expedite plan approval and construction completion by 1-2 months. Additionally, as part of the 3rd Floor remodel, LPA coordinated directly with the Imani equipment manufacturers on the imaging equipment replacement that included PET, CT, X-Ray and Ultrasound modalities.
