Imperial Lofts is a 16 unit pre-manufactured modular container project located on Imperial Avenue in the Bario Logan neighborhood of San Diego, California. The residential project is the first project from YIGBY, an organization under the San Diego Grant Makers association. The new development will be owned and operated by a local church with longstanding roots in the surrounding community. All units will have access to the outdoors, and the top level of the building will offer amenity space with the goal to encourage socialization among its residents.
