Wendy Rogers Named to Orange County Business Journal’s List of Influential Leaders
Wendy Rogers, President and CEO of LPA Design Studios, has been recognized by the Orange County Business Journal as part of its 2025 OC500 Directory of Influence, an annual compendium of the 500 most impactful leaders shaping the business community.
Rogers earned her place on the list for steering LPA, the 2025 AIA Architecture Firm Award honoree, to $76.5 million in local billings this year — an 8% increase from 2024. Under her leadership, the firm continues to deliver innovative projects in Orange County that blend design excellence with community impact, including new facilities for Sage Hill High School and the Pretend City Children’s Museum at the Great Park, two projects cited by the Business Journal.
The publication also noted that Rogers is at the forefront of one of the region’s most ambitious developments: the $1 billion Hoag Sun Family Campus in Irvine, a six-building expansion designed to redefine healthcare environments. The first phase is scheduled for completion in spring 2026. LPA’s landscape architects are integrating sustainable strategies into the campus, from modular wetland systems to restorative gardens, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to wellness and environmental stewardship.
“The goal on this project was very much about a wellness village connected to nature, really creating a healthy environment,” Rogers told the Business Journal.
Her inclusion in the OC500 highlights not only her business achievements but also her influence in advancing sustainable, human-centered design across Orange County.
