Our structural engineers provide knowledge and experience in leading-edge structural systems and performance-based design methodologies helping to design future-proof, right-sized structural designs for a wide array of building typologies including schools, recreation facilities and hospitals. The focus is always on safe, efficient, resilient designs that prepares clients to recover quickly from natural disasters. LPA is a Founding Member and serves on the Technical Advisory Committee of the U.S. Resiliency Council, a non-profit organization that administers a consensus process for evaluating and rating the post-disaster performance of buildings.
