LPA Austin

A three-story mixed-use building has been transformed with sustainable workspaces on its second and third levels. LPA Austin, which occupies a portion of the second floor, is one of the newest tenants in a LEED Gold building in Mueller, a 700-acre master-planned New Urbanist development on the site of the former municipal airport. The metal- and terracotta-clad building features rainwater collection and reclaimed water systems, LED lighting, faceted canopies and achieves an Austin Green Energy four-star rating. LPA designers are actively pursuing LEED certification for the interiors.

Inside the 4,160-square-foot studio space, three conference rooms, a wellness room, open collaboration space and a patio surround an intuitive plan where team members from varying disciplines — electrical and structural engineering, internal communications, architecture, technology, interior design and project management — can work together with ease.
