Kelvin Carter has more than 20 years of experience in the technology and building industry with various duties that include low voltage systems design, project management and coordination with architectural and engineering disciplines.

Kelvin is responsible for the conceptual and program space planning specific to technologies and functionality. Kelvin also oversees the design development, construction document process and author specifications tailored to the project scope. Kelvin collaborates with the owner, technology department, and maintenance and operations department to guide and choose the appropriate low voltage systems and technologies for the facility. Additionally, Kelvin coordinates the project to fully integrate the technologies with the project team, including all engineers, interiors, and architecture design team. This includes scheduling, pull planning, and phasing coordination.

Kelvin has performed condition assessments, as-builts, technical outline specification and technical design standards, as well as managed technology deployment and facility master planning. His technical knowledge paired with his efficient productivity will benefit the overall project process.
